History of Range Security
Range Security were established on 11th November 1989.
The owner sold his Range Rover to start the business, hence the name, Range Security.
Range Security has always been a high profile Company, being in the public eye on many occasions in the past. They achieved national publicity in February 1991 appearing on National TV and also International TV when they announced their new 'Street Patrols'. They appeared in many National Newspapers such as, the Sunday Telegraph, Daily Mail, The Independent, to name but a few. They also received national publicity on National TV including, Sky TV, TV AM, News at One, The BBC and ITV mainstream News.
Range Security Street Patrols were the instigation for the Police PCSO's (Police Community Support Officers) in the national Police Service. They are still around today because of Range Security.
Range Security have earned an enviable reputation since 1989 mainly through our hard work and dedication but the Media publicity that we have received has helped to give Range Security a Business name that you can rely on.
